Xuong Thi Nguyen

Xuong Thi Nguyen, 74, of Leesburg, peacefully passed away on July 15, 2023, at Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital.

Services will be held from 1:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, July 23, 2023, in the chapel of Joseph W. Jones Funeral Home.

Born December 31, 1948, in Can Tho, Vietnam, she was the daughter of the late Xe Nguyen and Chin Thi Nguyen. She loved her family dearly, enjoyed working in her garden, and worshipping Budha. A beloved mother, grandmother, and friend, she will be greatly missed by all.

Those left to cherish her memory include her son, Billy Nguyen of Syracuse, NY; daughter and son-in-law, My Linh Thi Nguyen, and Pho Nguyen of Leesburg; and her 3 grandchildren, Anh Quan Nguyen, Hayden Nguyen, and Harry Nguyen.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in memory of Xuong Nguyen to Vien Giac Buddhist Monastery at 3909 N. Monroe St. Tallahassee, FL 32303.
