Susanne "Susie" Dermyre

Mrs. Susanne (Susie) Dermyre, 78, of Bronwood, peacefully passed away on Saturday, October 22, 2022, at her home.

Born July 31, 1944, in Jackson, Michigan, Mrs. Dermyre was the daughter of the late Henry (Pete) Fish and Mildred (Micki) Fish. Susie worked as a bank manager for Onsted Bank and later worked as a bartender at the Irish Hills Eagles in Brooklyn, Michigan. She was a proud member of The American Legion and was of the Presbyterian faith.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Charles Dermyre.

Survivors include her daughter, Cheryl Dermyre (Chris Goodin) of Bronwood, Georgia; stepson, Charles Dermyre III of Moultrie, Georgia; stepdaughter, Gretchen Reed of Clarklake, Michigan; brothers, Dr. Robert (Cherie) Fish and Larry "Butch" (Beverly) Fish; sisters, Sandy Heinen, and Judith (Mike) Whitney.

The family will host a memorial service at a later date.
