Mrs. Sue Carol Willis Braswell, 75, of Albany, went home to be with Jesus on Sunday, August 31, 2025.
Funeral services will be conducted at 12:30 p.m. on Friday, September 5, 2025, at Bethel Holiness Tabernacle with Pastor Noah Phillips officiating. Following the funeral, she will be laid to rest beside her beloved husband in the Hillcrest Cemetery, in Sylvester.
Born on May 20, 1950, in Moultrie, Mrs. Braswell was the daughter of the late William Terry Willis and Cora Williams Willis. She worked in the banking industry with Georgia Community Bank for over 20 years. She enjoyed baking, cooking, crocheting, singing and playing the piano. She was a faithful member for many years of Bethel Holiness Tabernacle of Putney. More than anything in this life she loved Jesus and her family.
In addition to her parents, Mrs. Braswell was preceded in death by her siblings, Joann Thompson, Edwin Willis, and Curtis Willis.
Those left to cherish her memory include her daughter, Kristen Jolly of Albany; grandchildren, Steven, Ethan, Sarah, and SueAnn; several nieces, nephews and extended family.
Visitation and viewing will be held from 11:00 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. on Friday at Bethal Holiness Tabernacle.
