Michael Scott Shiver

Mr. Michael Scott Shiver, 59, of Leesburg, passed away on Sunday, March 1, 2026, at Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital.

Born on June 30, 1966, in Albany, Michael enjoyed cutting hair, and worked in the Auto Body repair business. He also enjoyed making jewelry and was of the Christian faith.

He was preceded in death by his beloved father, Colonel William Lee Shiver that passed away on June 21, 2018.

Survivors include his mother, Emma Jean Shiver of Leesburg; siblings, Jennifer Shiver of Albany, Bobby Lee Shiver of Michigan, and Valerie Hawkins and Billy of Destin, FL; special aunt, Pat McCook of Albany and nieces, Jaysie and Kendall.

In accordance with his wishes, Michael will be cremated and no services will be held.
