Kathleen "Kathy" Baker Brinson

Mrs. Kathleen “Kathy” Baker Brinson, 65, of Terrell County, peacefully passed away on Sunday, October 25, 2026.

Born on December 1, 1960, in Fort Pierce, FL, Kathy worked for NRCS as an administrative assistant. She was a loving and devoted wife, daughter, grandmother, and sister who loved her family dearly. She greatly enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and was always on the ball field or wherever they were cheering them on. She enjoyed cooking for her family and spending time with her dogs. She was a member of Faith Baptist Church of Cuthbert.

She was preceded in death by her father, Thomas Baker, and her brother, David Baker.

Those left to cherish her memory include her husband of 45 years, Stan K. Brinson; her mother, Nancy D. Baker; her daughter, Becky Peachey of Shellman; her two grandsons, Wes and Bryse Peachey of Shellman; and her brothers, Kenny and Tim Baker.

In accordance with Kathy’s wishes the family will have a private service at their home in Terrell County. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Faith Baptist Church of Cuthbert, GA.
