Eric Joseph Mash

Eric Joseph Mash, 35, of Albany, passed away on Monday, May 12, 2025.

A celebration of life service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 15, 2025, at Joseph W. Jones Funeral Home with Rev. Tim Bass officiating. The family will visit with friends following the service.

Born on January 25, 1990, in Bainbridge, Eric worked in construction for many years. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and mostly spending time with his family. He was of the Baptist faith and will be greatly missed.

Those left to cherish his memory include his mother, Dawn Marie Crites and Clay of Albany; father, Don Steven Mash, Sr. and Jill of Camilla; children, Jaylynn and Adalyn; siblings, Don Mash Jr., and Amy of Leesburg, Miranda Garcia, Terra Mash, Christy Mash, and Tanner Mash all of Texas; maternal grandmother, Susan Colbert and Mike of Lecanto, FL; and two nieces, Aubren and Lila.

Eric was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Carlton Joseph Sellers, Sr.; paternal grandparents, Talmadge Eugene Mash and Evelyn Louise Mash; uncle, Carlton Joseph Sellers, Jr.; and maternal step-grandfather, Jonathon T. Colbert.
