Edith Leona Rogers

Mrs. Edith Leona Rogers, 87, of Albany, peacefully passed away on Thursday, June 4, 2026, at Viva Senior Living at Albany.

Services honoring her life will be conducted at 11:00 a.m., Monday, June 8, 2026, in the chapel of Joseph W. Jones Funeral Home of Leesburg. Rev. Tim Bass will officiate, and the family will visit with friends following the service.

Born November 28, 1938, in Creal Springs, IL, Edith was the daughter of the late William Henry Parks and Sarah Parks. She enjoyed cooking for her family and was an avid golfer. She was of the Jehovah Witness faith and will be greatly missed.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in the death by her beloved husband, Ronald D. Rogers and 7 siblings.

Those left to cherish her memory include her children, Terry Rogers and April of Leesburg, and Megan Rogers and Clint of Parrott and her fur babies that she loved.
