Drucilla Ann Roberts

Mrs. Drucilla Ann Roberts, 76, of Leesburg, and formerly of West Point, peacefully passed away on Friday, June 6, 2025, at her son’s home in Leesburg.

A celebration of life service will be conducted at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, June 14, 2025, in the chapel of Joseph W. Jones Funeral Home with a visitation one hour prior. Rev. Mike Turner of Auburn University will officiate.

Born August 8, 1948, in California, Dru was the daughter of the late Truman F. Smith and Ouida Averett Smith. She worked as a nurse for a while but spent most of her career as a real estate agent. She enjoyed going to the beach, caring for her flowers, making cookies for children, and watching birds. She was always thinking of others and bringing joy to others’ lives. She loved sharing about the love and faithfulness of Jesus with anyone who would listen, and her family was most precious to her. She also loved her dog, Presley. She was of the Christian faith and will be greatly missed.

Those left to cherish her memory include her son, Keith Wooldridge and Melissa of Leesburg; husband, William Swick of West Point; brothers, Jerry Smith and Kathy of Smithville, Flem Smith and Judy of Americus; 5 grandchildren, Logan Knight and Dakota of Plains, Kursten Massey, Brendan Nash, Garrett Nash, and Zachary Nash all of Leesburg, and 1 great-grandson on the way, Dakota Gray Knight.
