Deborah Anne Olsen

Ms. Deborah Anne Olsen, 71, of Leesburg, peacefully passed away on Friday, October 11, 2024.

Born on June 11, 1953, in Albany, Ms. Olsen was a dedicated elementary school teacher for Lee County for many years. She loved children, writing and poetry. She attended Family Worship Center in Albany until her health declined and will be remembered as a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, and friend. 

Those left to cherish her memory include her children, Josh and Eron Olsen and Lesley Andrews all of Leesburg; grandchildren, Kate, Christian, Zayne, Zibby, Zack and Katie; great-grandchildren, Finley, Oakley, and Wilder; her brother, Paul Lipsey, III. and Lissa; and her nieces, Anne and Paula.

In accordance with the wishes of Ms. Olsen, no service will be held.

 In her memory the family asks that we all do a good deed for someone in need.
