Caiden Michael Gibson

Caiden Michael Gibson, 20, of Leesburg, passed away on Wednesday, May 27, 2026, following a work accident.

A visitation and viewing will be held on Tuesday, June 2, 2026, from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m., at Joseph W. Jones Funeral Home, in Leesburg.

Funeral services will be conducted on Wednesday, June 3, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. in the chapel of Joseph W. Jones Funeral Home with Rev. Dan Harris officiating.

Born May 31, 2005, in Albany, Caiden was a hard-working young man who worked for the city of Albany as an apprentice lineman. He enjoyed hunting, especially duck hunting and loved the outdoors. He greatly enjoyed riding ATVs with his wife and friends and adored his little boy.

Caiden was preceded in death by his mother, Kristy Lynn Bridges; his grandfather, Roger Dale Bridges, Sr. and his uncle, Roger “Bubba” Bridges, Jr.

Those left to cherish his memory include his wife, Bella Knox; his son, Cotton Michael Gibson; father, Randy Gibson of Lee County; brothers, Bryer, Blake and Dallas; grandparents, Dee Bridges of Leesburg, Pat and Karl Harris of Lee County; aunts, Shanda Bunch and Scott, Kelly Bridges and Del all of Leesburg and Gloria Byars of Albany; sister-in-law, Jolee Nichols of Leesburg; mother-in-law, Karla Nichols of Leesburg; cousins, Morgan, Brady and Bella, Jessi and Juan, Colt, Griffin, Jeremy and Haley, and Aaron and all of the Freeman family of Lee County; special friend, Scott Cole of Blakely, several aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family members and many friends that he dearly loved.
