Brenda Faye Peters

Mrs. Brenda Faye Peters, 77, of Albany, peacefully passed on Thursday evening, May 15, 2025, at her home while surrounded by her beloved family.

Services honoring her life will be conducted at 4:00 p.m. on Sunday, May 18, 2025, at Bethel Holiness Tabernacle with visitation 30 minutes prior beginning at 3:30. Rev. Noah Phillips will officiate. 

Born November 12, 1947, in Montezuma, Brenda was the daughter of the late John Lewis Butler and Lottie Poss Butler. She was a loving homemaker who loved the Lord and her family more than anything. She enjoyed playing the piano and was a member of Bethel Holiness Tabernacle of Putney.

Those left to cherish her memory include her husband, Kenneth Peters; children, Loretta Curtis of Vienna and Michael Newell of Rome; 5 grandchildren, Alyah, Ana, Aden, Michaela, and Joseph; and 2 great-grandchildren, Zyier and Izara.
