Betty Lou Fore

Mrs. Betty Lou Fore, 82, of Dawson, passed away on Monday, April 22, 2024.

In accordance with the wishes of Mrs. Fore, no services will be held.

Born July 26, 1941, in North Carolina, she was the daughter of the late James and Della Hawkins McDonald. Betty was the owner of Mama's Kitchen in Leesburg for many years.  She was of the Baptist faith and loved her family and cooking.  A beloved wife, mother, grandmother, aunt, and friend, she will be greatly missed by all.

Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Fore.

Those left to cherish her memory include her daughter, Patricia O'Donnell of Dawson; granddaughter, Corie O'Donnell of Dawson; great-granddaughter, Lydia Casey of Dawson; and nephew, Joe Watson of Leesburg.

Joseph W. Jones Funeral Home was given the honor to serve the Fore family.
